Wow... it's been a long time indeed since I've heard anyone use "tart" as a descriptive :)

Ha, no I don't think she'd stop at one! She'd gobble them all up then we'd find her thoroughly bloated in the corner :D

Ya, it is a sweet potato :D I should have mentioned that. Made them again for the family tonight and so yummy, I over ate (how unusual!), couldn't help munching on another sweet piece of 'tato at around 11pm!
