[Madara starts off in the shadows, but it is clear that he is outside in the ocean.  There isn't much to see yet but it's clear that he's got some...extra parts on his body.  He shifts a little once the PDC turns on

[Sonja laughs out loud, gills on her neck moving subtly, with the PCD up close in a Myspace pose. After a second she lets go of the PCD, letting it float in mid-water, and moves back to roll around and show off the squid tentacles making up her bottom half.]

That settles it. [HI coming right the fuck up to the screen again sup.] Let's go find some schoolgirls.

[The last "tea party" he attended was with his brother and just because it made Izuna happy. Only reason it happened.]

Intersting is certainly the word. Most of the annoying variety of 'prissy princesses' and prats of fire and lightning have been grounded.

[Madara doesn't care about that. Tentacles are far more useful than having just a tail.]

Indeed, though I suppose if one were to use lightning based attacks, it would cause the most amount of damage underwater. Though it would most likely kill the user as well.

[He snorts at such an absurd thing] It would be a useless effort and not worth the cost to use such an attack. Not only is there a chance both parties would return, but it would accomplish nothing.

And one must be sure it can kill the opponent.

Luckily there are many ways to kill someone. Many of those ways don't require special abilities at all.

I'm not sure at the moment if I can do that. Though I wouldn't be surprised if the Animus made it so that we could only breath while in the water.
