[Madara starts off in the shadows, but it is clear that he is outside in the ocean.  There isn't much to see yet but it's clear that he's got some...extra parts on his body.  He shifts a little once the PDC turns on

[He was starting to think he was the only one with tentacles. Though it is a little amusing to him that so far only the shady types seem to have them. Their black and nearly blend in with his dark tail coat]

Intersting is certainly the word. Most of the annoying variety of 'prissy princesses' and prats of fire and lightning have been grounded.

[Madara doesn't care about that. Tentacles are far more useful than having just a tail.]

Indeed, though I suppose if one were to use lightning based attacks, it would cause the most amount of damage underwater. Though it would most likely kill the user as well.

[He snorts at such an absurd thing] It would be a useless effort and not worth the cost to use such an attack. Not only is there a chance both parties would return, but it would accomplish nothing.

And one must be sure it can kill the opponent.

Luckily there are many ways to kill someone. Many of those ways don't require special abilities at all.

[Like using tentacles, just like the ones that are moving very excitedly around him at the sound of killing.]
