I'm not going to lie. I have been in a bad place for a while. Depending on which day you ask me, I'll give you a different answer to when it started. I've tried writing in my paper journals but somehow that seems to intensify the problems because I avoid talking about the actual problem. Here, I won't. After all, that's what this journal was

I wish I knew how to help beyond saying this: when I was a kid, I was suicidally depressed for years. When I hit my preteens, I found something to focus on, small goals, things I was GOOD at (writing) and just focused on one small thing at a time until my head cleared and I was able to grasp my own knowledge for myself. I had to stop needing outside validation because I wasn't going to get it. I can only promise you I'll be here reading and praying for you, no matter what.
