Sitting alone in my apartment I can't help but feel this emptiness that completely consumes me. parentectomy
My therapist thinks I need a ''parentectomy'' from my Dad. It's not a healthy relationship, but I've always felt he's my responsibility. It's not that he's all bad, there are good times as well as icky times. Last week we rode around in his convertible listening to Duran Duran and Prince before filing for disability. Anxieties and Solutions
In order to keep my anxiety at bay, I have come up with planning. It started a few years ago when I came back home after some not so pleasant years out and about. Scheduling when I ate, where and how to do errands, and even time for yoga were all things that had to be meticulously planned. Panic
I work in a bed and breakfast for three hours in the evening on weekends sometimes and the other week I had a panic attack. I need to figure out how to not be so nervous about having another one.
