Now that I am unemployed for the next month or two, I have a lot of free time. Mostly I've been wasting it, but today I decided to try and do something semi-productive. So I drew Gandalf. Despite the fact that my interest in this game has been waning a bit since I hit level 70, the cinematic for Wrath of the Lich King pretty much made my heart stop. This is everything I love about fantasy. The armour, the sword, the voiceover, the SNOW! The pure and utter epicness of the whole thing. This is pure win. Incidentally, my first quarter art for hp_art_exchange is here Took me far too many tried to come up with something that worked out. It may be plain, but at least it worked.

Why do I torture myself with pencil crayon? I know it drives me crazy, yet I use it anyway. I must be a masochist. Also, my scanner destroys any and all colour. *sigh*
My piece for Snarry HolidaysI'm pretty unhappy with how it scanned. Also, I positioned it completely wrong on the page and could do half of what I'd planned with it. Live and learn ( Read more... )
