Today fandom and reality crashed into each other. On the first day of my second year Latin class the prof handed out "Harrius Potter et Philosophi Lapi". I also cried from laughing so hard. University classes start again tomorrow. I am simultaneously happy and annoyed at the prospect. On one hand, I'll have something to do with my time. And on the other, I'll actually have to DO something with my time. Four and half half months off is a bit of a curse I suppose.

I love my friends. We spent the day contemplating the weirdest pairings we could come up with. The original winner was House/Emmett (House/Queer as Folk) but the ultimate victor was evident when someone came up with it: Eric Foreman/Eric Foreman (House/That's 70s Show). For the record I would like to state that people make too much fuss about getting wisdom teeth out. Or maybe they don't and I just got lucky. I didn't notice the surgery at all because I was totally unconscious. And the pain isn't that bad when you take Tylenol 3s. And hey I get a week off school and work too! Holy shit I just worked 88 hours in 7 days and I feel like I'm dead. My brain barely works. I'm at skip=420 right now. I have missed quite a lot. So my next couple days are going to be catching up on fic, burning cds for the drive to school, and downloading anime that I recently got a little bit hooked on. Oh great, another obsession.
