Gurren Lagaan or however the hell you spell it

I gave it a second chance, only I listened to it in Japanese. I enjoyed it so much more. It's a shame I can't multi-task when I have to read subs, but the English voice cast was just mediocre at best. Some of them were downright annoying and overspazzy. I realize it's an intense series that just gains momentum as it goes along, but there's ( Read more... )

Trade in the other PSP. ;) If the PSP 3000 has any of the same options as the slim, imagine how it'll look plugged into that nice big tv you have in the living room.

It'll all have to depend on money, really. 3000 isn't a big upgrade from what we have, according to Bo. It's really just the shiny, candy outside that would be the kicker.

I only have a PSP because it was given to me second-hand (and free). The game library is indeed lacking, to my eyes; the only games I actually have are Ace Combat X, Final Fantasy Tactics: War of the Lion, and Puzzle Quest. I also have Spectral Souls: whatever the subtitle is, but the loading times are so awful I just can't play it.

I want a DSi. There's a neat one that's in 50's aqua I've got my eyes on, but I need a job first. Been running around like beheaded barnfowl trying to get ahold of something. :x

No kidding. Gurren Lagann just seems to keep a person riveted to their seat as it starts swinging for the stands.

I enjoyed it... except for one episode that was under another director. I think that was episode 4 or something. Where ever the Black Siblings come in at. The art is easily noticed.
