so the first thing that is in order is to apologize to all of my lj-friends out there for not updating in so freaking long. i realize most of you probably forgot i was on your friends list at all, huh?

life is hectic, but even with working full time, i have more time than i used to. And I still don't update my journal. It's sad.

it was finished by both of us, then turned over to me for some much-needed editing.

just a really quick update for you guys while my beautiful little girl is sleeping in the next room.

Lizzy is gorgeous, just turned one month old yesterday. she is 9 lbs 12 oz. she had a bout with thrush, but it's going away.
she was really fussy and gassy, and we had to switch her formula to prosobee, which is a soy formula. she is doing so well ( Read more... )

after a very long hard labor, my little girl is finally here.
my labor started at 6:30 a.m. on may 27th with my water breaking, and culminated with over 3 hours of pushing for her.
i tried to get an epidural, but i just happened to be one of 30% of women that the epidural doesn't work on their vaginal area, so when i began pushing, it was all ( Read more... )

so, am I happy with the top 3 on American Idol?

as far as Jordin & Blake, yeah.

Jordin is amazing. Cannot believe that voice is coming out of someone that is younger than me.

Blake- he is unique. more unique than any other Idol I can remember. and while I don't like all of the things he does, I do like that he is different. Different makes me happy.
