I never write while drinking anymore. There's a tendency to linger on the factual instead of the fantastical. Ah, the old days
Once I had time to get thoughts out more than one sentence at a time. I talked about life amongst friends both old and new. There were friends here to be made and lost. Starting to get a bit antsy
The problem with being unemployed is that I'm stuck at home trying not to spend money on anything. I checked the union hall and found that I'm number 10 on the out of work list, so once work picks up I'll be gainfully employed pretty fast. One year better off gone...
It is now 2008, and it couldn't have come sooner.
I'm aware that counting your blessing can be a good thing and that I have it good compared to many, but let's take a look at the pros and cons.
