Where there's rabbits, there's likely to be foxes. I don't live that far from you, and we see them at least weekly - mostly browns, but there have been a few beautiful reds as well. Unfortunately they don't have great road sense (a bit like the rabbits themselves, and kangaroos, cats and others) and we also see them dead beside the highway :(

I just had a moment. I realised I had assumed you meant the animal-type fox, and then I thought perhaps there was some other kind of creature referred to as an urban fox - so I had to go google it to make sure. :/

See them all the time along the Kwinana* Freeway, especially near to Murdoch, as there is generally a huge supply of rabbits there. Have occasionally spotted them in other places, too.

(*) Hah! Chrome wants to correct this to Okinawan.
