Looking over the schedule, there's really nothing terribly much on it that appeals to me, unfortunately. Certainly not for $250 a ticket, or even $70 a day.

Oh well. Maybe next year.

I tried to take photos of the really nice beach this morning before work, but it had spontaneously grown a surflifesaving competition. I like my landscape shots without people in them, thankya.

I got a couple of shots, but nothing that was able to show the long beautiful sweep of sand set against a sapphire ocean. :/

The eye of Tropical Cyclone Bianca (Cat 3) is due to pass over the nearby coast sometime just over 24 hours from now. We are directly in the path of one of its possible tracks, as is my current have-to-drive-forever-to-get-there workplace ( Read more... )
