That's what happens when you decide that justice is not blind, that poor people in particular have to be singled out for extra punishment. Over here they plan to evict people convicted with offenses in connection with the August Riots (ie not neccesarily actual rioters)... but only if they live in "social housing". They don't evict or jail politicians or bankers who steal, only poor people... the modern cagots.
