I wonder if her kids are also getting free room and board in foster care, courtesy of this judges tremendously well thought out decision?

It's not about money and it never was. It's about power for it's own sake. Orwell was the first to point it out; we're becoming a society ruled by psychopaths. Didn't Ted Bundy want to become a judge?

I leave you with a quote from someone who points out that the perfect place for a psychopath to hide is in the judiciary:
