My goal for the next few weeks is to try to start reading more. Now that grad school and my thesis is done, and the Once Upon A Time season finale has marked the end of the shows I keep up with now, I find myself at a loss sometimes for what to do. I should know better than to get sucked into Tumblr, but I totally, totally have D: I have an essay to do and an apocafic to write very soon though so I need to start behaving again xD

I have added you on Goodreads! I admit I haven't read a 'real' book in a few weeks, I've been reading fanfic a lot, but I am hoping to get back into tackling the piles of books I have after I'm done with my last assignment. I will rec anything I think is good though!

lol! yeahhh, tumblr is hard to break away from. Luckily I'm okay with staying away from it, it's just when I'm bored and wander over there that I have trouble leaving. But it is addicting. I just loaded tumblr savior, so if it works, I might end up on there more which... not good lol. Good luck with behaving!! :D You can do it!

Yay! And I have added you back! :) I just finished a real book yesterday, but I hadn't picked it up in weeks. And I haven't really been reading fic either lately... idk what I've been doing! lol. But getting back into reading can be hard... but I feel like once you're there it's easy to stay in a book (if it's good). And lol yeah, reccing is hard. I'm looking at all my rating stuff on goodreads and I give 5 stars to almost anything. If I like it, I like it, it gets 5 stars, I rec it :P

I'm fine with staying away with it when I have stuff to do, but yeah like you when I'm bored I gravitate towards it and then end up there for hours and it's never good! I've never used Tumblr Saviour, honestly not sure how much good it would do me! xD (may I add you on Tumblr...? xD)

I feel like sometimes it takes me ages to get into a real book. I tried going back to the second Game of Thrones book and found it skips too much and while I could read big chunks of it in one go, I wasn't really enjoying it, I was just trying to make sense of what was going on. I think after I've written my essay I am going to start reading The Hound of the D'urbervilles again and then I can finally give it to my mum and let her bend the spine because she's afraid to read it at the moment because I grumble about spine-bending. Really though I have way too many books that I've started and never finished. (I wonder if part of the problem also is that I read things on my iPad a lot and the internet is right there so I end up on A03 wading through terrible ( ... )

lol maybe we have to work on not getting to that bored stage and needing Tumblr? :P Tumblr savior is pretty handy... but it only works when people tag their posts. Soooo it has its downfalls. It reduces what you don't want to see a little though. didn't really work on mozilla though, so I got chrome (I've been wanting to for a while anyway). And yes! Totally!
