She'd been asleep when it happened, which was fairly normal for her when these strange curses affected everyone, but Ammy was taking it with her usual grace. Which meant that she really couldn't seem to care less. Her robes had been changed to a pair of hakama and a cloak, and the sun god that strolled down the hall with a sleepy expression was

Again, my Lady? [he assumes that, since she's talking about the event, that the man in front of him is originally man] This change of gender already happened before?

The tall god turned toward the voice, white wolf hears flicking forward. "Not here, but in a another place. I was struck with a curse that put me in this form and made me think I had always been male. It was a little bothersome."

Another place? So you have managed to get out of here?

I must agree, this curse is really bothersome, but interesting at the same time.

"I have, though I don't remember how." Ammy paused, patting the front of his crimson cloak. "It is not so bad. I do not see why most people are upset by it."

He should have expected something like this to occur; how long had it been since he found himself waking in the too-comfortable beds and this hotel? The smells were the same, albeit just a little stronger than normal, but Itegami just wasn't as surprised as he probably should have been over finding himself in the hotel once again.

What did seem to get some expression of emotion out of him was the fact that he had become a she.

Again.

"A bad dream," she murmured, hugging the too-big coat closer to her body, "this is all that it -- ah?" A voice a few feet ahead caught Ite's attention, caused her to look up and catch a glimpse of a somewhat familiar form. Taller, slightly bigger, and with what sounded like a deeper voice but there was no way to deny that overwhelming sense of peace and contentment.

"Mother?"

"Ite?" Ammy looked back at the bovine god and whuffed in surprise, ears flicking forward. "Again?" At least Ite looked rather pretty as a girl, but those breasts were distracting. Even with the coat. Tossing his head, he tried to shake his messy hair out of his eyes.

"If we are going to keep finding each other, I suppose it is not so bad. Maybe we should find a better place to find each other, though." At least there was a hint of amusement in the god's voice when he said it.

So the coat was doing no good in actually hiding the new (and rather large) addition to the god's once-male body. Add the fact that this seemed to be the only place that she ran into mother - er, father? - and it was enough to cause a frown to cross Ite's face.

"Mm. You're right." At least the sound of amusement was able to lighten the mood a bit. She tried to smile a bit. Just a small one that tugged up the corners of the lips.

Was Itegami being just a little more quiet than usual? It's more likely than you think.

Smiling, he reached over to tousle his child's hair, scratching gently behind one of her ears. "Maybe we'll find Moegami, eh?"

His tail started wagging at the thought. It would be nice to see all of his children again. Ammy found herself missing them so often these days.

[Chomesuke stared at some of the people around the hotel. She hadn't been affected by the hotel's little trick yet and was rather confused, but when she saw Ammy she stopped.]

Ah! Puppy!

That earned Chomesuke a surprised whuff, white tail wagging as Ammy turned towards the sound. Pointed ears perked forward as he cocked his shaggy head in confusion.

"Ne?"

[Chomesuke ran straight up to him with a bright bright smile.]

You... You're that same puppy I met before, right, cho? But... You're bigger now... Huh, I didn't know you were a boy, cho!

"I'm not, usually." Ammy smiled, tail still wagging. "But yeah, that was me."

The way Abel had dealt with the situation could not have been called graceful by any grand leap of the imagination. It was a small victory, perhaps, that he had only stopped shrieking some time ago. He was flustered and annoyed and trapped in a woman's body, but he couldn't go a week without food. Or, even as much as he dreaded the thought inwardly, human contact. Being sequestered felt too much like being locked up - voluntary or not - and his only previous experiences with dungeons and jail cells had all been most unpleasant

Ears perked up at the sound of somewhat familiar footsteps, and a quick sniff of the air confirmed it. Ammy turned on a dime and crept back up the hall, poking her head around the corner. There was an instant in which Ammy seriously considered stealthing up and jabbing Abel in the sides to see if he would shriek but dropped it in favor of not getting yelled at. Instead she just barked at him, her tail wagging. Being male again felt strange, and her voice sounded even stranger to her.

"Abel~! I found you!" Ammy grinned, now looking down at the priest with almost childish delight. Abel was so cute as a female, if Ammy were anyone else she might have been jealous. Rather she simply tugged fondly at a loose curl of hair that had escaped Abel's ribbon.

Courtesy aside, Abel still had not precisely the smallest of yelps escape him at that sudden, sharp sound. Again, he froze, glancing over one shoulder with a petrified look on his face. From a distance, however brief, he hadn't quite realized just what a size difference there was between them, now. Or, rather - how the scales had been tipped out of his favor, in that respect.

"S-So you did..." He was trying to return the smile, pulling his cloak a little tighter and fighting the urge to flee. He never had liked being dwarfed by other men (but even then, he'd had broad shoulders and height on his side). This was even worse. "Uh, you weren't on your way to find something to eat, by any chance?"

Ahh, so cute~! Releasing Abel's hair, Ammy wrapped her arms around his shoulders and pulled him into a hug. A low rumble of happiness escaped her as she rubbed her cheek against the top of his head before letting him go.

"Mm, I was!" Ammy nodded, her tail wagging. "I also got you something, if you want it. Or we could go get something to eat now, and we can save the other for later if you'd like. Are you feeling better now? Your scratches are gone now, right?" The urge to prod him just to check was strong, but Ammy managed to ignore it for now. She'd gone looking for a cake for him as soon as the lights had come back on in the hotel, and she was sure she'd found one he'd really like.
