Intro || In The Shower || Rising Aphro

The heat of the water had fogged the small bathroom, air heavy with the scent of blackberry and apple. Venus inhaled the scent deeply as she closed her eyes and tilted her head back under the shower's spray to soak her hair, fingers easily dragging through the thick red mane. A content sigh left her. It was perfect. This was just what she needed ( Read more... )

Lyon tipped his head forward with a quiet groan as the warm water pounding against his back and shoulders soothed away the last the residual soreness from his workout. He'd gone through all of his katas several times before hitting the weight machines, and his body had taken a bit of a beating in the process. Thankfully the nanos in his bloodstream had taken care of most of the resultant aches and pains by the time he'd returned to his room. He was starting to experience the first hints of blood hunger as a result, but he was a long way from starving, so he wasn't too worried about it just yet ( ... )

Needless to say, the hand on her breast had Venus freezing in surprise, her breath catching in her throat. That was not her hand. That was not her hand, and someone was in her shower. The fey was torn between irritation at having such a relaxing moment ruined and shock at how lax her senses were. How had someone gotten in her shower without her realizing? She wasn't even offended by the squeeze when it happened, opening her eyes to stare at the intruder with irises that were just a little too bright to be human - not to mention the fact that they were separated into three rings of color, each ring a slight variation of turquoise. She had habitually hitched up her glamour so her skin didn't shimmer, though it was still pale, ivory.

There were a number of questions she could have asked him, but the first thing out of her mouth was, "Are you enjoying my breast?"

[OOC: The Love Bite thing is perfectly fine - and yes, she would quite enjoy turning the tables on him. xD]

The woman's exotic eyes made Lyon's heart skip a beat when they turned in his direction. He hadn't seen anything so alluring since that one Immortal chick he'd had a fling with just before graduation. The gorgeous redhead who's boob he as still cupping wasn't an Immortal though, in spite of all of that creamy white skin. He would have been able to sense it if she was, even if his super-human hearing had somehow missed her arrival.

"Yeah, I am, thanks," Lyon replied with a smart-ass grin, giving the soft mound another squeeze before letting his hand fall away, his fingers accidentally brushing against her nipple in the process.

"Don't take this the wrong way babe, but what are you doing in my shower? Not that I'm complaining, mind you." Lyon's silvery-blue eyes drifted down and then back up again, blatantly checking out his unexpected companion. "I've had far worse surprises in this place, that's for sure."

[OOC: Excellent! Thanks. :) ]

A smart-alec remark for a smart-alec remark, was it? Touché. It was a very good thing for him that she was in an amiable mood, otherwise he likely would have found himself shoved out of the shower. The 'accidental' brush against her nipple sent shivers cascading through her but she managed to stay still against the barrage, having excellent control of herself, as most Sidhe did. She tilted her head at him, an eyebrow arching. "I could ask you the same thing."

She wasn't the least bit fazed by his once-over. Fey were naturally a touch vain, and complimenting one's appearance was considered good manners so as far as she was concerned, the once-over was a compliment. She even returned the favor, gaze sliding down his form in silent appreciation. She had to admit, he was cute. A bit roguish, wild.

Kumo was just following the sweet scent of apples and blackberry as he walked through the halls of the hotel. As he came upon the source of the scent, Kumo slowly opened the door to the room, then, after noticing that where was no one in the room, but the bathroom was occupied, his long legs led him there.

Peeking into the bathroom, Kumo slowly walked in, making sure to be as quiet as possible. However, that never works, as he bumps into a bottle of soap, knocking it down with a clatter.

"Fuck..."

[OOC: OCs unite~ This is Kumo, he's yer run of the mill human with the libido of a god. Pretty much ok with anything 'cept bathroom things and violence...I really need to do a pref link XD]

At the clatter and subsequent profanity, Venus froze. Opening her eyes, she turned her head enough to be able to see a form through the curtain. Unfortunately she couldn't make out details thanks to the gauzy material, and curiosity got the best of her. Reaching out, she shifted the curtain out of the way. There was no regard for her nudity; she didn't even attempt to cover herself.

Noting the fallen bottle of soap, she lifted an eyebrow. "...I see knocking has gone out of style." Despite her words, her tone was teasing, lightly playful.

As Kumo leaned down to pick up the bottle, the shower curtain slides open, revealing a rather attractive, red-headed woman. Rather attractive.

He gives the woman a sly grin, setting the bottle back to wherever it dropped from, "Only with the cool kids, I suppose." He smirked more, checking the woman out.

He wasn't too bad looking either. Tall, slender, with amber hair. He did have a couple of piercings and a few tattoos peeking out of his t-shirt.

"You must be one of them, then?" she returned with a smirk. In truth, she didn't mind the interruption. He was cute - more than cute - and Venus wasn't one to turn down company, even impromptu company that had been sneaking around to see her showering. Any other fey might have been offended by his intrusion, but she was a bit more lax in that, especially being able to sense that he was just a human.

After a moment, she turned, pulling her hair over a shoulder. "Since you're already here, why not join me?" Turquoise eyes shifted over her shoulder at him.

She was always drawn to water. Usually her own, or water in natural places... but a shower that felt like something else slightly familiar. That, too, also drew her attention.

She was quiet, curious. Watched for a few moments, the shadowed silhouette of a woman. The warmth of steam sinking under her skin, the warmth of another person of magic being here. It felt like home and she was still across the room.

Her voice is soft when she speaks, drifts across the room. 'The doors do not always lock as they ought, here. You should be more careful.'

((Sidhe! I have a few sidhe muses, two of which are actually on lj. I'm trying to convince them to come play, but they're a little uptight. Sigh. But! Nineve is close. Water spirit/Goddess that she is. :) ))

It wasn't the soft voice that caught her attention, but rather the familiar shiver of magic up her spine. Oh, how long had it been since she'd felt that? Too long. Venus slowly slid the curtain aside to be able to see her unexpected but certainly not unwelcome visitor. She wasn't fey, she could tell that much. No, she was something equally ethereal though. Maybe a touch more ethereal.

For a moment she stared, before she realized she was and dipped her head. "...I see that. I can't say I mind the company, however."

The shadow was replaced with the picture of the woman herself. Oh, she was beautiful. And a Sidhe. Had to be. Nineve stepped closer, light and easy. She knew all kinds of fey, but it had been a while since she'd seen a sidhe of any kind. A smile curls her lips.

'I could feel... the water.' The water had told her, pulled her this way. That something interesting was afoot. 'You're very beautiful.'

Venus smiled at the compliment, peering back up at the dark-haired woman. "As are you." She didn't question being able to feel the water; she knew other Sidhe with callings - one of fire, and even one of blood. She herself had yet to come into her calling, or Hand of Power.

"My name is Venus," she introduced, extending her hand. Beads of water dripped from her fingers.

"H'loo?" he called out as he entered the room. This...certainly wasn't his room. At least, it wasn't the same room that he was in the last time he was here. He was getting ready for the next wave of battles when he'd found himself here again.

"Macha? ...Albion? Cymru? Anyone in here?"

Even immersed in her thoughts as she was, she couldn't miss the voice outside the bathroom. Pausing, she strained to listen behind the spray of the water. After a moment, she slid the curtain aside, peering out. The door was ajar. "...I'm in here," she announced, loud enough that he would be able to hear her but not so loud that she was yelling. Venus didn't yell, regardless of the situation. In times of need she could use her telepathy but it was considered impolite to enter a stranger's mind, and she certainly didn't want to startle him. She could sense something... different about him, though...

Eire made his way through the main room and into the bathroom, poking his head into the steam filled area. A smile crossed his face. "Sorry! I've intruded upon your room. Y'haven't seen Macha, Albion nor Cymru here, have you? Maybe Kernow...Alban?"

"No apology required," she replied, smiling herself as he poked his head in. Like most Sidhe, Venus wasn't one for modesty, and if he'd looked he would have seen her, soaked, bare, only her water-darkened hair serving as a cover - and not a very good one at that. She shook her head at his question. "There's no one here but me - and now you, apparently, and I don't recognize any of those names."

Patchouli should be used to interruptions by now, but this wasn't quite right. The interruption, in this case, was that someone was using her shower. Someone who she could tell was not her roommates. Pausing, she withdrew from the shower and opened the main door to her room, looking at the number on the door.

Still Room #1870. This was odd. She returned to the shower, though, and turend her attention on the showering figure, hoping to identify her from her shadows.

No such luck, sadly.

"Excuse me," she asked, "I believe you're using my shower?"

In this case, what Patchouli had failed to notice was that this was not the same floor she lived on, and that she may very well have misread the number on the door.
