There's a quality that Mary is bringing to the screen that she rarely does in BSG. If you've seen any of her films before, you probably know what I'm talking about. It's this 'giddiness' or 'playfulness' that I absolutely adore and wish I could find a better word for. Oh wow, I was totally thinking this as soon as I saw it! It's in the way that she walks and the way she speaks..undeniably Mary (and yes, totally Dot!) I'm glad someone else picked up on that

Interesting commentary and very beautiful. Usually I am just like 'omg squee look at the pretty' when it comes to episode picspams but, if you don't mind, I would lik to pick up on a few things that you wrote

Basically what I want to say is I am amazed at some of the fanbase's dislike for Laura all of a sudden. She is many things but above all, imo, she is selfless. Whether I think she is going to die is irrelevant but she thinks she is and everything is does is for others. Just stop with the hate fandom.

You made such a wonderfully long comment (I really enjoy reading everyone's thoughts on the subject), but instead of waiting for a chance when I can respond to it all, for now, I'm going to say something quickly.

I completely concur. See, up until last night, when she made the decision to murder him, I didn't get the hate either. And then suddenly I realized last night 'woah she's been a bit of a bitch this season'. But see, that's one of the reasons I love her. I love that she's able to just kick everyone's ass and then, in retrospect shove it up everyone's ass politely, that her way was the right way. LOL

I do agree it was a step backwards for her character and I definitely don't condone the idea of leaving Baltar to bleed out. I definitely think if she had gone through with it she would have regretted her actions later. It's just that my feelings about the whole thing weren't hate. I felt sorry for her and what had led her to that decision. For the same reason Baltar doesn't deserve to die, Laura doesn't deserve to be condemned

Thanks bb! :D I spent SO long coloring these things, because there's some much grittiness to season four it seems. The freakin' basestar scenes are a motherfrakker to color, lol.

The cylon flight suit IS really pretty! Or could be that Grace and Tricia make it pretty, who knows. LMFAO.

I love how she clings to him like that! It seriously just makes me melt, idek. I'm still having trouble talking about certain scenes in the episode because I'm either too emotional or I can't even collect my thoughts. XD

Brilliant loved this. I agree there is a deleted scene at the end deffo. when you get your hands on it will you post it id love to see what actually happened before the editing staff got to it. I am sure ejo and mary hammed it up big time ill be ripping that off the season 4 dvd deleted scenes when it comes out.
