Still recovering from the Beltaine show, which was on Saturday. Getting back in fighting shape
My body is complaining bitterly about the three and a half hours of training in mail yesterday. Talk about your core workouts, try fighting in thirty pounds of mail, padding and helmet for three and half hours. Big day today
Yes, today my son is 18 years old. I have an adult child. I feel this officially makes me middle-aged.
We went out to dinner last night since tonight is a school night. Even invited his mum. Pleasant time all round.
