...Hey, ever wanted to know how much LSD it takes to kill an elephant?? (I know... it's abrupt. I had to get that one off my chest.)
I've never known a spider to ":D" before.
Even better than a ninja, the art and story behind Samurai "Knight" Mickey is worth checking out. Unfortunately, Disney failed to see the epicness behind it. Despite the dubious name of the website, this is completely SFW.
Every once in awhile I see something on the intertubes and go, "OMFG, want one!!" Mildly NSFW (you may have some explaining to do if someone sees you looking at the page), the "Great Slumber Pillow" is unfortunately not for sale, but is perfect for "those suspenseful moments when a sleeping loved one is a little too still for a little too long." Oh yeah, and it's velvet.
Oodee is one of those websites you can be lost for hours surfing around on. Some of the most hilarious stuff on the site are the list of 15 Unfortunately Placed Ads (with a reloaded entry where they list more... the first is personally my favorite but there are some really good ones in part two as well). Some (cite, many) are bound to offend good taste and, if all goes according to plan, a few will make you torn between laughing out loud and groaning in bad taste (cite, saying, "Oooooh... they went there"). A few are mildly NSFW, though it's all unintentional.
Those of you who have read hmsbackstroker in the past week probably already know about this, but here's capslocksweeney - basically where 4chan meets Sweeney Todd screen caps. Thanks Alli!
On the note of 4chanish things, I thought it was very important to bring this up to you all: 4chan has decided to bring down Scientology. Thought I'd bring it up as raids are apparently happening now with one massive... thing, happening on the 10th. With Guy Fawkes masks. What's great is that Scientology feels the need to retaliate.
And to end this week, also in the land of current events: not to freak you all out or anything, but there IS a disabled spy satellite currently hurtling towards the planet, with an ETA of later this month or early March. Check out the comments, as someone linked to two other articles which debate whether there is a nuclear power supply on board. Joy!!
