Room 308: Shame, Despair, and Petty Larceny

Jan 22, 2007 15:26

Rikku didn't know why she'd spent the weekend as an insane treasure-hunting fairy and she wasn't sure she wanted to know. Although flying was really fun, and the outfit had been severely cute. It wouldn't have been quite so bad, if not for the constant theft.

She had scored some sweet stuff - well, some shiny stuff, anyway. But it all had to go back. And she should apologize, a lot. But then she didn't even have the evil scary book any more, so that one was gonna be awkward. "Hey, sorry I stole your book and then hid until it stopped trying to eat me"? She groaned.

While she was at it, she should probably apologize to the weird hero dude whose crotch-thing she'd made fun of. And she hoped it was okay that she'd hopped into a musical number for no real reason, but it couldn't hurt to apologize to them, either. If she saw the lion and penguin again.

It suddenly occurred to her that her roommate hadn't been the only other person who was acting really strange.

No time to think about that now. She gathered the whole mess up, trying her hardest to sort the pile into little, smaller piles. Then she would worry about who the piles belonged to, and how to find them again to return it. This was not going to be easy. But at least, once she was finished, she could hide under her bed and never, ever come out again.

(OOC: establishy for linkdrops but open if anyone wants to drop by)
