Actually, Byron is sitting on the porch drinking tea and the mower is cutting by itself. (It's either magic or emo, you decide.)

Ooooh, this guy looked weird! And fun! And probably had TREASURE!

Rikku zipped forward and stealthily eased her hand into his pocket. She could just about grab ... a book? Hmmm. Maybe a book could be TREASURE! ...

The book was a reddish brown and leathery, there was an ugly and mean looking face on the front cover and what appeared to be an ear on the back.

As soon as the book was out of the pocket, it started flapping opened and closed and screaching.

Okay, so the book was ... it ... that didn't seem particularly ...

"AAAAAAAAAAAH!" Rikku screamed, and flew away as fast as her scarf would carry her.

Unfortunately, not fast enough to outrun the book ...

Byron chuckled as he watched the pocket Necronomicon Ex Mortis flap off after the little pickpocket.

It would come home when it was hungry.
