so right after i said i need to eat well yesterday, i completely de-railed and ate/drank everything in sight. i don't know what my deal was. of course i feel like crap today, but i need to move on. i got my whole day planned in terms of food, as well as my gym bag packed and ready to go. i gotta try and stay as focused as possible the rest of the ( Read more... )

I'm finding that it helps me to keep plugging along and track even if I'm over. You've done so well, one holiday weekend shouldn't hurt you too much.

Exactly- as silly as it seems to track negative points, it does help put things into perspective and keeps me focused the rest of the week.

And yeah, now that I've accepted the fact that it was just one bad weekend, I'm ready to move on.

I hate the feeling after I've eaten like crap. ugh, I totally overdid it this last weekend at my sister's, like I knew I would... but I overdid it more than I thought. Seriously, I gained 8 lbs in those 4 days. No joke.

I hear ya. I pretty much gained back the 4 pounds I lost the week before. Well, maybe not 4 solid pounds, but it sure feels that way :\
