5. LOVE THAT SONG. That is all. =)

11. I'm guessing Galvatron is the right wing nutjob and Rodimus is the liberal wiener? =D

5. Me too.

11. Yep. Not that the reverse wouldn't be interesting, but I can't see it.

1. *nods* Makes sense.

3. "And why are we going to a dead end?"

10. He said this to Perceptor, didn't he? You'd think someone so smart would know better by now.

13. Blaster? He is the communications officer; he'd need to know them all to speak to humans worldwide.

21. *wants to see*

22. *LOVES* I MIGHT GRAB.

24. *LOVES*

25. And they learn that unprocessed energon is useless to them, but already processed energon...

26. Red Alert meets a human version of himself! So do Perceptor and Wheeljack!

30. Interesting...

37. *LOVES* I wonder how long they've been there.

39. *wonders* I hope someone grabs this one.

40. Perceptor: "But learning is the fun part!"

42. I still hope someone adopts this! Why isn't anyone adopting this?! *cries*

43. "He always corrupted Perceptor and Skyfire; now he's got his claws into Blaster. How the slag did that happen? Blaster's not even a scientist!"
"I think it has something to do with the noise the explosions make."

44. I bet most of them crashed.

"And why are we going to a dead end?"

*snicker*And Dead End takes this as invitation to explain his philosophy on life, and meanwhile the poor mech is wondering how the frag he got stuck in this conversation.

22. *LOVES* I MIGHT GRAB.

Yes! Take it!

And they learn that unprocessed energon is useless to them, but already processed energon...

This could get very creepy, very quickly.

Red Alert meets a human version of himself! So do Perceptor and Wheeljack!

Dear god, the world's doomed, isn't it. (and on an only slightly crackier note, "I shall call him Mini-me!")

*LOVES* I wonder how long they've been there.

The muse is saying they've been in there since the start of the war. (and that they created the gestalt technology, but that's another story.)

Perceptor: "But learning is the fun part!"

Aww, that's so cute. Percy makes you want to hug him and give him lots and lots of grant money.

And he'd look around for help and everyone would just shake their heads and make You Brought This On Yourself gestures.

This could get very creepy, very quickly.

*nods* Cybertronians would become a hunted species. Humans would try to take it by force when, I'm sure, Autobots would likely be happy to donate some if needed. After all, a human can't use much right?

Austin Powers Crossover! ... Prowl's gonna crash, ain't he?

The muse is brilliant!

Aww, that's so cute. Percy makes you want to hug him and give him lots and lots of grant money.

*nods* And energon goodies.

You know, there are several music pieces ( ... )

1) Good Autobots keeping the humans as pets.

Spike/Sam and Bumblebee- Bee's fond of his 'sweet, innocent' little pet, Sam's torn between intense hatred and a grudging understanding of Bee's motives.

...I'm depressed...

So am I. This is a really depressing bunny.

Puts bunny into basket

One more bunny inflicted on the helpless populace. Can't wait to see what you do with it.

I wonder how I can go about doing this without stepping into the "I find your pain and suffering beautiful" kind of admiration...

Maybe 'I admire your ability to inflict pain and suffering upon each other, and your ability to to be hurt and fucked up and not collapse into pathetic autobot-like whimpering'? It's not exactly 'I find your pain beautiful'...

It was originally spawned by the mirrorverse I am very definitely not writing, so it may not make sense without understanding said mirrorverse, but Thundercracker thought it.

13. Someone downloads every human language documented. Now he’s having trouble keeping them straight.

Holy shit. That's over 2,400 languages, no wonder they're having problems.

28. Spike is a Selkie, like his mother, who left them and returned to the sea. When the Decepticons settle into their underwater base, she notices.

Considering that Selkies are not known for willingly taking human husbands, while there are exceptions, it makes me question Sparkplug's morality. I can see Spike learning of his heritage when the Decepticons decide to play drown-the-human.

Random Autobot: "So does this mean that his alt-mode's a seal?"

30. (Come on, fruit from the Tree of Knowledge? You expect a scientist to find this a bad thing?)

I've never understood it either.

43.?:Oh look, Wheeljack’s got another convert to the Church of Blowing Shit Up.

Can humans join too, I wonder?

According to some versions of the legend, the key to both their shapeshifting and their sea-longing is in their sealskin. If someone finds a selkie in human form and takes that sealskin, the selkie forgets living in the sea and will go with that person as husband/wife. But, if he or she ever recovers the skin, the memory and sea-longing returns.

So you have to wonder, if Spike is a selkie, just where is HIS skin?

I now have the image of a gray steamer trunk, quietly tucked away in some storage room at Sparkplug's request. He's not taking any chances of loosing his son like he did his wife.

For some reason I remember it being that it's during the first time a selkie's child enters the sea that they gain their skins.

4. More Papa Soundwave Bunnies. Soundwave realizes that Spike is an adolescent, and grows increasingly uncomfortable with the idea of killing someone very much like his cassettes.

Soundwave, Protector of the Young.

Actually, it reminds me of "Kite Strings and Sealing Wax", though that one the major protector of the young is Starscream.

6. Cross-species romances are…interesting, but generally follow the format of young(ish) female human and young-to-middling male autobot.

I'd love to see more variety in TF/Human romances too.

Or a romance at the end of life, where the human lover is old and grey, and the transformer is still young.

There was one plotbunny that someone wrote a fic for, about Sunstreaker getting to know a human, then the human died. Some of the other Autobots thought he was just sad to lose a good regular car wash (I think that's what it was) but Sunny was genuinely mourning losing his human friend.
Now while not romantic, this prompt reminded me of that fic.

Or generational love affairs, where the ( ... )

Wasn't that a contest entry for one our contests? some Livejournal contest anyway. I've read it- it's cute, a phrase one rarely uses in reference to Sunny.

For some reason I'm thinking of Sparkplug Witwicky here.

I've always wanted to read Sparkplug slash- any Sparkplug slash.

This one strikes me as interesting because a bunny a couple of months back came up with Perceptor being Hot Rod's creator. It would be interesting how Hot Rod would react if he found out Perce had been reprogrammed, since I personally believe Roddy truly believes in Autobot ideals.

That would be interesting, especially since he becomes Prime. Reprogramming is essentially a violation of everything Autobots stand for, so his faith in his faction would be severely shaken.

...And brings down the wrath of the oceans on the Decepticons for hurting her son.

LOL. It's a really bad idea to have an underwater base when your enemy calls the ocean home, isn't it.

Yeah, I do believe it was. Good fic too.

As a previous Sparkplug slash bunny made me think, the really interesting part would be studying how the Autobots would react to human opinions of homosexuality in the 1980s and homophobia in particular, considering fandom's take on sexual identity probably not really applying to a species of robots.

That would be interesting, especially since he becomes Prime. Reprogramming is essentially a violation of everything Autobots stand for, so his faith in his faction would be severely shaken.

That it would be, and would make it even better if it is set after he's become Prime - not only for Rodimus's reaction but how would it affect Perceptor, finding out he was reprogrammed by the Autobots, now that his creation is the Autobots leader?

...I think that one was mine. Autobots confused about why the human media is so disturbed by Sparkplug having a male lover?

how would it affect Perceptor, finding out he was reprogrammed by the Autobots, now that his creation is the Autobots leader?

Especially if the programming is undone. Poor Percy's responsible for his enemies(?) continued survival as a faction.
