Wheeljack would build an automatic door knocker that they can fire into the water? Sadly, it explodes on impact, leading the Decepticons to believe they are under attack, which causes them to hide all the Energon candy. Wheeljack is sad and everyone throws rotten eggs at him.

Perceptor doesn't have a bumper but you could put it on his lens barrel. And not many Autobots know he's a tank so he can have a sticker if he wants one.

And there is no warping device in him. Megatron doesn't know that and wants the ability to teleport for himself. He orders the Constructicons to find Skywarp's warping device even if it means taking the Seeker apart to find it.
