Ever since seeing Les Mis twice in the space of eight days, I've been consumed by it. Mostly by the incredible music but also by the characters, specifically Eponine. I understand that her representation in the musical is quite different to the book but, having never read Victor Hugo's tale, I can only comment on the former.

Three years ago, I went to see a film I didn't really have much idea about and absolutely loved it. Pitch Perfect ticked all my boxes of kick-ass leading ladies, music, mash-ups, and a capella. WHY I LOVED ITAfter seeing seven concerts, it was really interesting to hear what people thought about the show. Most of the newer (yet, funnily enough, older) fans thought it was fantastic.
