I didn't realise! I honestly didn't realise just how much this was going to mean to me. If I hadn't managed to secure a seriously great seat, however many months ago it was, I mightn't even have bothered to go at all. They've just announced the line-up for this year's Meltdown festival. Now, you see, back when I was fifteen, my two favourite bands/artists were The Fugs and Arthur Brown. And they're both going to be playing! On consecutive nights! Oh man, this is going to be a trip ( Read more... )

Finding nothing else on at eight o'clock, I happened to find myself watching Mastermind tonight, and it turned out that there was some chap answering questions on the Manics.
