No update, sadly, but I swear that I'm working on it. I haven't been very motivated lately and I've foolishly decided to attempt submitting something to Yaoi-con yet again. Unfortunately, every freaking idea I come up with would go far longer than 10,000 words. Why is it so hard to write short stories compared to the monster fics I keep falling

this is exactly how I feel lately at least until yesterday. I couldn't get my ass off to do anything. And all of a sudden I felt the urge to do something again *shrug*

Yeah the new Linkin Park CD doesn't rock anymore. I don't like it either. Hope they will get something else out soon. I miss their hard tones with lyrics that stay in mind. Their songs I think have helped lots of people through different times in their life.

Though it is the same with Evil Lavine :P (Avril) her new Album just sounds like the rest out there...

I'm sure one of these days you will wake up and start writing again. No need to push it it will go all by itself >_-

Eh, I always go through these phases. Unfortunately for me, I have to push through it or else I'll get even more bogged down by the lack of motivation. Even if it means only writing a paragraph or so a day, I have to make myself write or I won't find the spark to go forward. The hard part is that I've already rewritten two scenes, but it was necessary. I don't know if something won't work unless I write it and realize that it's crap. =P

I have three of the Linkin Park CDs(Hybrid Theory, Reanimation, and Meteora). I didn't know that LP had a new CD out, but stuff usually comes out faster in America than it does in Canada(do you live in the US?). Although, I'm not a very musical enthusist anyways

The Linkin Park CD just came out on Tuesday in the US (yup, living down south of you). People should decide themselves if they like the CD, but it really bored me. Almost every song felt stripped of something, mostly a good beat of any sort. It's just disappointing since I was looking forward to the damned thing

I never really had a music phase; I'll listen to anything that I hear and decide to like it or not. Although I tend to favour alternative rock anyways

Heh, I like games for stupid reasons, so you really shouldn't listen to me. I liked the second DMC because it was fun killing things. The first game wasn't as smooth or as fun for me. And since the story isn't anything unique or clever, I'm not going to rank the games in order of plot appeal

Yup, time is flying like crazy. It sure makes updating monthly hard when work keeps sapping my energy for doing something productive. =P And yes, I'm really going to need luck for the Y-con entry. I still haven't settled on an idea for a fic. I'm hoping once I finish this chapter of FNFE that I can focus better on the entry

Alas, good music is hard to find. It seems like these things come in waves, that groups try something new and wonderful, and when one of them finally makes it big with that new something, everyone else copies it and ruins its uniqueness. Well, I guess I'll just have to be patient and listen to the old favorites in the meantime

*laugh* I doubt I have that many people waiting around for my slow-ass writings, but thankies. I'm slowly muddling through the FNFE chapter. Hopefully the betas won't destroy me when I send it their way (aiming for the end of this week).

I was thinking of getting the NIN cd, but I was a little put off by the song that was released for radio air time. It was a decent song, but it had this damn buzz/beat thing for the last half of the song that drove me crazy and made it hard for me to focus on any other part of the song. If the rest of the CD has similar effects, I don't think I could physically listen to the thing. ^^;

Awww... Hugs for poor Suk... I hope you get over your writer's block soon, or at least feel more genki about life in general. I'm been listening to Fall Out Boy's 'Infinity on High' album for a good while, and I love almost every track on there. I could do without 'Golden,' but it's not really even that bad. Also, Panic! at the Disco hasn't let me down yet, even though I've had the cd for over a year.

That said, I watched a friend play through the first two discs of FFVIII, and got so nostalgic for your fic. I even got her to read 'Game Restart' despite her protestations to both slash and smut, so I figure that's a point for you. I also went back a re-read a few of the shorter stories, so...

But, as always, I hope you feel better, but don't try to force yourself, because you'll only be disappointed with the results. More hugs and well wishes, just because. ;D

ACtually, I'm going to renege that statement. Golden has managed to permeate my brain over the last couple days, so I do, in fact, adore the entire album. But I still hope you feel better and that writing and life go well for you.
