Well, since my upcoming New York trip means I'll be staying in the 4th Marriott hotel in the last 6 months I decided to add Marriott Rewards to my Travel portfolio.  So I went out to the web and signed up.  Then realized that I've already spend 12 nights in Marriott's so far this year so I called them up and when I fax them the receipts they'll add ( Read more... )

Thursday after work, indieradiochic, kreampuffkrissy, jonesnaround, Minnie, Nessa, and I piled into the Hybrid Lexus and headed up to Sun Peaks, B.C. for the holiday weekend.  The drive up was great.  We made a stop for food and gas early on then bombed up I-5 to Bellingham.  As we headed across the valley toward the border the sun was setting and Mt. Well today was great! I woke up around 8, got dressed, packed, walked to Starbucks, then checked out of the Radisson. Then, I grabbed my map and the trust NeverLost system and embarked on a southern journey. I decided that today I would drive down to Cape Cod and out to the tip to see a lighthouse.
