Took a red-eye to Orlando last night with one of my coworkers. We touched down at 7:30am local time here and taxied to our hotels. I was able to check in to mine (the Renaissance Orlando Resort At SeaWorld). It's pretty nice, fairly large and in the middle of a big renovation. Well, we're here in Maui for Jason and Krissy's wedding. It's a tad over 80 during the day, it's been raining a bit here and there and pretty windy. After a 2 hour flight followed by a 40 minute plane change and a 5 hour flight we were really tired when we got to Kahului Airport. The cost cutting measures that the airlines are going with are starting to become annoying. First they cut back on the food they serve in Coach, then they go to this "pay for food" model... Which would work if they had ENOUGH FREAKIN FOOD for people to buy. This plane isn't even full, and I know of at least 12 passengers including myself who ( Read more... )
