[Quinn can guess who that is. After a few moment, he pops out the front door.]

I actually had a question for you, since you're good with machines and all.

[ There's a pause, and he transforms, stretching out his limbs. He kneels on the driveway ]

You think there's some way I can get wireless access to the phone lines via my comm system? Everything here's so archaic, it's out of my scope of knowledge.

Wireless? Man, I wish. That's like science fiction in the 1950s, and I lack any good equipment to build it. However, I might be able to set up somethin' so you can talk directly from the lines, like a receiver at a telephone pole.
