The general wisdom is that it's easier to find a job when you have a job, so the fact that you're currently working won't be counted against you. When I was working I always had the job I was currently in listed as "Start date-Present." If you put an end date in, it looks like the job has already ended, or you've given your two weeks' notice and you have a definite last day.

I'd say go with "2009-Present". Generally employers don't hold that against you since you did express interest in working for them (and hopefully they express interest in you when they call you for an interview). Actually, once I heard it was a credit to my name because it showed that I had nothing to hide and that I wanted something more 'challenging'; or at least that's what my manager said.

True. I really don't want to hide it. I'm applying to a few non-profit jobs to try and get away from my current hellish job. Hopefully they think it's a good thing as well. I'll go back and edit it!
