Hello Team!
I found a job...unfortunately, the atmosphere is horrible. There is a high turnaround, constant yelling, unrealistic expectations, and my boss is verbally abusive. I'm trying to find a job where I'm not in tears by the end of the day. Now, I've tried speaking to my managers about this, but they are too scared to address situations themselves. But that's neither here nor there. I need a new job.
Question: When applying for a new job, should I put "September 2009 - Present" under start and end date of my current job? Should I list it as "September 2009-June 2010"? Or is this something that I should avoid including entirely?
I really don't want to be written off from future jobs because I currently have one. Unfortunately, I cannot afford to quit until I have another job secured. I have medical bills, car loans, rent, etc. that can't wait simply because my boss is a sadistic jerk.
