It's interesting that you'd post this. I'm considering launching a full-on assault against the current popular hiring system. Catering to needs like yours is how I've been thinking of doing it.
TBH, though, I'm perpetually worried that my "HAI! WANTZ MUNNYZ?" spiel comes across as a variant of those "make cash working at home!!!1!" ads.
Part of it is that I don't have a big brand name. No-one cares that I saved a federal government department ten million dollars in two days. No-one cares that a quick writeup I did for Computer Sciences Corporation came out to three and a half million in savings. Because I don't have IBM or Unisys or CA on my business cards, I'm largely under the corporate radar.
I dislike pressure tactics in sales, or anything which basically involves annoying money out of people. I figure it's more straightforward, polite, and ethical to be completely upfront and let people say "Hey yeah, I know who could use that
( ... )
I'm gonna go with the above poster here. Who do you give the finder's fees to? I thought the person who does the recruiting is the one who gets the fee? What does flying abroad have to do with anything?
I'm having to sort of pick apart and read between the lines here, you still haven't perfectly clarified what you do (though the process is a little clearer).
My understanding is: you're an "employee salesman", and you're offering money to a person who can help you find the business you can "sell employees" to. You will find jobs for people at a company, and pay money to the person who helps you find that company with the job openings. Am I correct?
