In happier news...

We had an excellent time in Hawaii. The big island proved to be far more fun than I anticipated. I have to admit that I wasn't all that thrilled with going to the big island because I like my sandy beaches and I thougth I'd be seeing nothing other than the lava covered beaches that required me to constantly wear reef shoes. Fun! I love Hawaii - I have only been to Oahu, but I would love to explore all the islands. Can't wait to hear more about your trip and see pics!

I love Hawaii, we have been thinking of going to the Big Island, I SO need a vacation! In the pictures you have shared so far it looks awesome!

Oooh, what a fun vacay! My grandparents have a second home in Kona - we absolutely love going. Isn't all the lava rock incredible?

The big island was far beyond my expectations. We LOVED it!
