I could  not possibly be any less inclined to do my homework. Not when I have so many tabs full of good fic open!

My German test this morning went all right--I may or may not have screwed up the subordinating conjunctions (that should be a fic title. grammar!porn), but otherwise it went well. I barely studied (oops. there was fic), but I usually ( Read more... )

Seriously? Wow, that's bizarre.

Was it just me or did Mike Stamford have a different accent, as well?

I am having the exact same homework/fanfic problem as we speak. I am supposed to have worked on this Herodotus paper all weekend but that did not happen D:

Ooh I was wondering what was so special about the pilot. For some reason I have the DVD but never watched it.

I'm supposed to be reading Apuleius. Somehow Sherlock just sounds like so much more fun.

Watch it! It blew my mind.

I liked the original pilot, but I definitely preferred the aired version (MYCROFT!) Although -- "whatever shakes your boat" will always probably be my favorite Sherlock quote of all time.

Yeah, the pilot restaurant scene was awesome, especially John realizing something was wrong.

God, I own the DVDs and I completely forgot to see the unaired pilot. And I got more bad news in the mail today so I may well opt for a stupid movie instead. But I need to do that, soon. Along with the commentaries. =P

Totally agree with you on the miniseries. The long wait for new episodes is killing me, but the three we got were just so phenomenally well done, I wouldn't have it any other way. Quality like THAT is damn near impossible to find in television.
