Its about 2:30 right now on a drizzily sunday. I spent the morning on the beach with a cup of coffee and a piece of vegan chocolate cake. I was out there sitting and wandering for about three hours. We are going to go see keith in riverview today. It will be good to see him although its a long annoying bus ride. I always get this nagging suspicion that he just wants us to visit so we will bring him stuff, so i am in fact not going to bring him anything. I am not going to be used by a junky.

Got a haircut today at nummy barber. Was pretty decent and i got a hot shave out of it. I have come to realize that a hot shave with a straight razor is infact one of the greatest things in life. feeling better than yesterday. I am going to take somemore protein in a bit and we shall see what happens. I am going to be MIGHTY PISSED if i puke again.

had an awesome workout today. Was a really great feeling to get back on the squat rack. Got home had some protein, ate a sandwhich, chatted with rob, barfed my guts out. I have no idea what happened, i was just sitting downstairs and suddenly felt EXTREMELY ill. So no i feel all tired, queezy, my head kinda hurts...bleh....

If its above my waist...it hurts. I am reallllly sore from working out yesterday, which makes me really happy. My muscles are getting firm again and i already feel like i have more energy. A bit after noon Rob colin and i are going to rip up our legs, its going to be sweet. I am eternally greatful to not have any walking to do on saturday.

Went to the gym today...for the first time in three months, bleh. I really let myself go this summer, like usual. I am going to fix it in august though, my muscles shall return. sooooo, i don't have much to say really. Im pretty happy about only having 2 days left of work. I hate being too tired to do anything all the time. I also hate being fat which i will remedy as soon as work is done. Im pretty pissed that i stopped working out this summer, but its just like...not possible after work.
