♥ Today I am grateful for my husband who has supported me for these last ten years after my heart disease diagnosis and surgery, plus the heart attack and later a stent. Happily married people live longer than single people after heart surgery and I know he has prolonged my life. ♥

I am grateful to be feeling better today.

Bonus gratitude: China Cola. Available at health food stores and worth the trip. Thanks to Dave for picking some up. Banana bread with peanut butter chips baking in the oven. Glad I finally had the energy to make it.

Today I am grateful for a peaceful evening with my sweet husband. Even the neighbors are uncharacteristically silent (are they alive???).
