Life Suddenly Throws a Curveball

Dave was just in an accident on his way over Hwy 17, went into the embankment and rolled, no other vehicles involved. He is at the ER getting checked out but appears to be mostly ok, ppl who saw it said he was lucky to walk away & should play lottery. Left shoulder aches and had a bit of glass in forehead. He's at Dominican right now & will need

Jeeze, how scary! Glad he made it out ok, and hope what wounds he did get heal quickly!

He's doing pretty good. There's a good sized scrape on his left upper arm, near the shoulder, and I'm watching to make sure it doesn't get infected. It's on the surface.

He was a lucky, lucky man.

Haven's read LJ in weeks, and just now seeing this. So glad he's okay, and hope you get the car mess all worked out. It gets scarier and scarier each day out there on the roads. . .

We signed the car over to the towing people and paid over five hundred bucks for the towing/storage fees. Made a dent in the paperwork and now just waiting for the Highway patrol report and some insurance info.
