that being said, from what i've heard, weed is a much bigger deal down there than up here.

Yeah. Nobody cares about weed here, unless you're into it as a business.

Some of my highschool teachers smoke up, along with most of the rest of my town. I wouldn't be surprised if some of the cops do too.

It is mostly a big deal because I would be put on academic probation and have to take a decision making class and stuff if I was found with any in my possession.
