Well, this is going to be interesting: The McGuire, a nine year old highrise apartment at 2nd and Wall, is coming down later this year. Apparently, there were fundamental flaws in construction, and it's cheaper to raze the building and start over than remediate in place. The tenants were just informed, and offered packages to get them out faster
