Yesterday I had to go drop off some forms in one of the offices on the other side of campus. When I went to drop off those forms, they gave me another form to fill out (welcome to the government). The problem was that the new form needed my office phone number, and I had no idea what it was. I hadn't updated the one in my address book when I moved

It's at least as important as removing the harmful ones from my social circle. Responsible interaction requires both.
