I think you can probably take it slow on the work front. Even with the fatigue gone, it might well take some time to get back in the swing of things.

Your sleep schedule sounds almost exactly the same as mine. Well, except that starting last week, I have to drag myself out of bed early one day to go teach for three hours. Then, I come back home and go immediately back to bed. I live in fear of sleeping through my class.
If you ease back in to work, can you work just late in the day?
