The second pic is of him making sweet and sour fish :) one of my favourite. It was something I kinda came up with. Came up with the idea of using store bought frozen battered fish, we get some really good quality stuff here in the UK and its much less greasy then the chippy version.
Next time i'll have to take a pic of his toasties. thats the one

Never tasted his toastie i think but tasted the bagel he made, he sure is good! ;-) Me and the family went to a bagel deli in town the other day to have lunch and i thought about him. Bagels make me think about Martin! LoL
