The second pic is of him making sweet and sour fish :) one of my favourite. It was something I kinda came up with. Came up with the idea of using store bought frozen battered fish, we get some really good quality stuff here in the UK and its much less greasy then the chippy version.
Next time i'll have to take a pic of his toasties. thats the one thing he is a master at! i doubt there's another person in the world that makes a better toastie than Martin!
