Crap. Christmas is coming. I get to go buy a bajillion strands of lights for the shop tomorrow and start stapling them up in the windows. Next week we'll be decorating the rest of the shop. :( Then comes Thanksgiving and then it's a headlong retail rush to Christmas. Where on earth did this year go? -

I got all domestic today. The cooler, foggier weather makes me think of cozy kitchens and tantalizing smells, so after I got home from work I started cooking. (I was in the mood for this when grocery shopping a few days ago so that's why I happened to have ingredients that aren't usually stocked in my kitchen). I think I'm going to try NaBloPoMo, National Blog Posting Month, this year. Jenn/Dena has done it a couple of times now and I think I might try it to jumpstart me posting on LJ again. I know technically I'm a day late now but better late than never! -

Anyone ever have that mental block where if you don't post anything for a while you feel embarrassed about posting anything, so the time just starts stretching longer and longer and you feel like a bigger and bigger idiot? Yeah...
