I put stuff in the crockpot this morning for beef stew. A few hours later I decided it might be good with pasta in it since I had no potatoes. I just checked it, and the pasta is gone. This makes me sick. I can't imagine living like that even if I had the means. This kind of excess disgusts me. I feel guilty having all the luxuries that I have, knowing there are people who have next to nothing. And I'm really not that well off.
