I want to say there's no way Chapter 7 could be as bad as Chapter 6. Chapter 6 is what you get if you take all the tastelessness, plot contrivance and clumsy writing of Dark Secrets and cram it into a single chapter. With added Godwin. I still can't quite believe that.
( Chapter 7 has to be better. )

harry is an idiot, date with rosie palms, americanisms in the potterverse, allcaps of doom, did not do the bloody research, incantations do not work that way, credit where it's due, harry potter, expospeak, eau de badfic, continuity isn't optional, badfic:deserving, get on t'internet, little snakes, passive voice

Is the writer an Oglaf reader? Something along the lines of the bottled semen happens in that comic, except it's funnier there.

You might be on to something there. Deserving isn't the weird patchwork of bits of much better stories that e.g. Hogwarts Exposed is, but the way this subplot comes (fnarr) out of nowhere and is just as quickly forgotten makes it look like something the author saw and just decided to throw in for the hell of it.
