No, I've not had any fans of the fic taking issue with my criticisms. I did, however, get some naturist spam on the journal today. I didn't even know that was a thing.
I can't be arsed with anyone else trying to defend the content, like HG131. What I'd dearly like to see is someone arguing in favour of the writing. I want to know how we justify rampant spelling, punctation and grammar errors, mid-sentence POV shifts, stilted dialogue, nonexistent continuity and enough redundancy to add an extra zero to the word count, in something that's had four betas.
I'm sure if there were fans trolling your sporkings saying that you're just misguided and prudish, you'd give a damn, dude.
That was really the biggest thing that twisted me off about Hogwarts Exposed: Neil's self-righteousness in defending the disgusting wish fulfillment that he tried to pass off as legitimate literature.
I'll get back to you on that. I can understand what they're saying (they're from Liverpool, or at least their voices are) but actually translating it isn't so easy.
I'm from east Lancashire, hence my own accent, but we get enough people from Liverpool that I can make out what they're saying. Only just up the M62, after all.
If you're getting naturist spam, for the love of God block their images from your web browser. I did that with my own research after seeing enough to draw my conclusions.

Between you, me, ZQ, and Deka, we'd tear any defender apart just like we did HG 131.

Care to provide a translation, szaleniec?
The dialogue of the first 3 minutes is more British than my own translator can handle.

I thought you were somewhere near York...
One of many things I enjoy about LK is his versatility replicating accents. The guy's from Manchester, IIRC.
He can also pull off a convincing American. Then again, I'm sure a lot of Brits can.
