I'm kind of saddened by the fact that when they say 'my little snakes,' I keep thinking that instead of a normal dic, Snape's got multiple snakes between his legs.
Y'know, I'm quite happy I missed your link yesterday. It kind of gave my brain time to heal, because it's not getting better (and I haven't even been on weeping cock and Topless Robot today...) I'm kind of confused by the way..are their monsters Mary/Gary Stus Sues children already three? Oh my
I might just have Manics on the brain, but it's just struck me that Harry's and Kingsley's children are named Richard and Nicolas (as in Richey and Nicky) respectively. Sort of Unfortunate Implications given the way those two played up the Ho-Yay in the band's earlier days...
I'd have no problem with those two hooking up when they're of age, though the Westermarck effect makes it a bit implausible. On the other hand, foreshadowing a romantic relationship when they're both still toddlers (as the author has done, intentionally or otherwise) is a bit too close to Hogwarts Exposed territory for my liking.
I wonder if the name business was an intentional reference.
“’Arry, there are only two caves in the forest. One belongs to Aragon’s family and the other to the Centaurs,” said Hagrid who had joined them when he noticed the commotion in the forest. Why did I read this as "Aragorn's family"?
